About

“I love good, interesting food. I love shopping for it, preparing it and cooking it and most of all eating it either alone or with friends, family and colleagues. Like music, food is universal and absolute. Without good food  – we are nothing….or at least grumpy.”

I am a creative, industrious, mature and proud “newbie” vegetarian (2+ year strong!) of African/Caribbean American descent. I am a New Yorker nesting and striving for entrepreneurial professional excellence in Miami, while maintaining and sharing the knowledge and importance of working toward a healthy, quality of life with everyone I encounter.

I am a mentor, master marketer, passionate photographer, brand genius and logistical event magician, and as of late have discovered that I amazing palette chef (sans cookbooks or formal training, just driven by taste, texture, color and a touch of culinary quirk).

Christopher’s Magic Veggie Chili” is already all the rage with my vegetarian and NON-veggie friends, family and colleagues alike, simply because people cannot believe it does not contain one single drop of animal products or protein. This chilicious delight consists of only healthy, natural & organic vegetables, beans, legumes, and textured vegetable protein among other awesome ingredients. Prepared at home in my spotless, modern kitchen, my recipe is celebrated and gaining momentum; one batch at a time.

Enjoy and thank you!

I can’t believe it’s not meat! I just had the most delicious lunch – Chris’ Magic Veggie Chili, rolled up in fresh whole wheat tortillas, with sharp cheddar cheese. Indescribably divine! Thanks for helping me stay on the healthy eating course, Chris. Couldn’t do it without your fantastic Magic Chili.

i love it! it’s awesome. suitable for morning, noon and night. grits, rice, couscous, crackers or toast (for dippers) this is very flavorful chili – it’s terrific. very spicy – not just hot – but flavorful and possesses so levels of flavour. healthy, great for my kids. i like the beans and the blend or vegetables and flavours. the clincher is the texture is rich not mushy. vegetarian food sometime lacks texture and flavour. this is an adventure for the palette.
